Hire Diversity is a startup working to create new value in the market for foreign nationals residing in Korea. Its main service helps international students manage their residency status and administrative visa procedures.
Business Automation Platform
I built a SaaS-style automation platform to automate the residency management, visa issuance, and visa extension procedures for international students.
As shown on the pages above, I built a scheduling and document-automation platform to help manage the visa work of international students who came to study at various universities.
Staff who handle the actual visa paperwork log into the platform to manage schedules and customize documents per university. The platform also uses configured schedules and documents to automatically deliver a cloud-based visa issuance service to international students, growing the company’s value.
The platform was built without a dedicated backend developer, which gave me hands-on experience with serverless development. We made heavy use of AWS services like S3 for file storage and DynamoDB as a NoSQL database, aiming to build the whole thing without running an actual server.
